We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Pottery
Carefully wrap your items in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit; please include your completed returns form inside the box.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
