Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
All of our pottery is handcrafted and hand-painted in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of the British Potteries.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our earthenware is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend using a lower temperature cycle and liquid detergent. We do not recommend using our pottery in the microwave.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping. UK standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while international shipping varies by location.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 28-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How do I care for my personalized pottery?
Personalized pieces should be treated with the same care as our standard range. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent crazing and use gentle detergents.
